Well, that fits. There is a lot of clover in our garden, too. In most parts of the garden more than grass.

Yeah, in German it's also called Hexenring (witches' circle). Both are pretty cool names.

Interesting, I didn't know that. But spot on, the soil here is very clay-y. I'm not very bothered about the nutrient deficiencies, whatever grows, grows.

Part of a fairy ring in our garden. The difference in grass growth between where the mushrooms grew last year vs this year is especially visible this year.

There are many versions between the original and the TMBG version and after. My personal favorite

In my opinion what you are describing is way too fast. If someone did that when dating me, I would run.

But I'm not part of your situation, so my opinion doesn't matter. What matters is that it works for the two of you. You are fine with it, so that's covered. So my only advice would be maybe check with him if he is comfortable with it. Or be prepared to deal with the consequences if he isn't.

I think it's Sinterklaas and it was English-speaking Americans who changed it into Santa Claus. Probably misunderstanding the origin.

It's not necessarily as simple as "just observe his behavior". Sure, if this is someone who dates young women routinely and on purpose, the guy might show obvious red flags. But even if his motives are "innocent", the dynamics with even much smaller age gaps are usually very unhealthy and unequal, at least in my experience and especially when one partner is not at least in their mid-twenties. Often it's something they only realise much later.

Definitiv.

As a younger millenial I can't help it – Gangnam Style was and still is great

Similar story: At the time of the 2004 tsunami in the Indian Ocean, a song called "Perfekte Welle" ("Perfect Wave") was very high in the German charts. It was taken out of rotation for a while but not completely removed.

Moderators are not here to judge crimes, they are here to help create a healthy community.
