Could you not solve the spinning-ring-friction problem via magnets? The same way maglev trains work.

It doesn't change that this isn't really a great idea for the ISS, but that's an obvious solution to the problem of having a static central core.

The town where I work doesn't have blocks, it's just a fucking mess. Which is annoying on account of I deliver mail and knowing where I am is important.

Yeah, like I said: some sort of complication. If you're not filtering excess potassium properly it can absolutely cause issues, but our bodies (when working normally) are pretty good at handling potassium unless it's in absurd quantities.

Why? We don't label anything else that can kill dogs. Just don't give human food to your dog without at least double checking that it's safe.

It's really hard to overdose on potassium from foods for a human so it's not really a concern for us unless there's some sort of complication.

You had me at '3D platformer'

Yeah, but the odds of them just being allowed to fail like that are basically nil.

record your meeting with someone (make sure this is legal in your jurisdiction, some places it isn’t)

Unless you get consent, then it's chill in all jurisdictions.

I'm bad at it, but it's fun. Also, surprisingly cheap to get a hobbyist setup for it. Pretty much all the tools needed comes in under $300. I'm very much not doing it the historical way- I have a propane forge. You can definitely rig up a charcoal forge with a pipe and a blower of some kind for basically the cost of some fire bricks, a pipe, and a hair dryer. I started out like that and it was a pain in the ass- kept getting too hot.

Honestly there's hobbies that could also make number go up. I took up blacksmithing with the full intent to make money doing it. I still haven't, but I'm having fun lol
