You don't need to uninstall Notepad. The Win10 version is at C:\Windows\System32\notepad.exe. You can use both

The UI looks way better than the Casio I ended up getting! What model number is that? I can't quite make it out. Would be interesting to see if it's available here

Buttons/switches trigger an immediate action, whereas checkboxes usually do not (such as on a settings page, where no changes are applied unless you click "save").
