No but I see them casually having conversations while running with their friends annd that seems like magic to me. I get embarrassed at how I breathe after a flight of stairs or if I have to hurry a little crossing the street.

In California, I knew a lady who had tried apps and dating traditionally-met men, and by the time I met her she had been in a handful of somewhat serious relationships. She was 33 and ready but single Bay Area men are notoriously not, from what I heard from several single women. So she asked her parents and sisters to help. They are from India. I was a bit shocked by this but her logic was strong. She’s like my parents know the real me better than anyone. Maybe sometimes better than I know myself. They know what I need and I trust them. We lost touch not long after that so idk how it turned out but she was a great catch in my opinion. But she was happy for the help from family.

We went to Gdańsk in May 2023, let me tell you it was soooo affordable/cheap, esp coming from Norway. Amazing comfort food, sweet people, beautiful sights and the WW2 museum was amazing, and we aren’t usually museum people. Big recommend! Sopot (I think that’s the spelling) is a little beach town right outside Gdańsk and it’s also really nice!

The powerful have convinced the masses that paying a single dime extra in taxes is just about the worst thing you could be forced to do, including whatever happened on that Island. So the common people are unable to reconcile that everyone paying higher taxes will make healthcare better for everyone. Normal people get to stay sick, poor, and rely on GoFundMe or die prematurely while the powerful laugh and count their money. It’s a fucking GRIFT.

My job is unimportant. I manage a bakery that I do not own. But I can’t do it poorly. Like even though I literally do not care if the building burns to the ground, I still act like Customer Service Barbie as soon as I’m clocked in.
