Yep. Other countries would attack Saudi Arabia if they enriched Uranium past reactor-grade. As you said, other countries don't want Saudi Arabia having nukes.

Edit: Hell, even enriching just up to reactor-grade might be enough, as other countries would suspect they are going further. It's one of the reasons many countries with reactors buy their Uranium from others and submit to regular checks. They don't want any doubt about what the fuel is for.

The new version of the program doesn’t seem much less confusing than the current system, as there are still a whole bunch of branches, sub-branches, and exceptions to rules

As I read more about the new system, this was my exact thought as well.

they do address the other major pain point of the Insider Program as it currently exists—the thing where you read about a new feature in a fresh Insider build, install that build to your PC, and then don’t actually see the feature on your system.

It was fucking crazy that was even a thing before...

accuracy is not a huge concern at the design stage

Then I doubt they are running the mentioned most accurate, two-week-long physics solvers at this stage either. You only do that when you need accuracy. A quick simulation doesn't take long.

I'm failing to see why the creative writing machine is better than a simulation set to 'rough'.

Apparently not, given the headline ends in a question mark. If he had, they would make the headline a statement.

Don't worry about labeling yourself or otherwise over-complicating things. It's not what defines you.

I'm generally the same way. If I made a contribution, there is either a bug that is annoying the shit out of me, or it's actually preventing progress at my job somehow. Which means I pretty much only make drive-by contributions.

That said, there is a benefit to this from a human perspective. The drive-by fixes from people like me should improve over time as we do more of them. The same can not be said about a bot.

Hole in the bottom for poop.

This is actually just a really nice out-house.

Yeah, this wasn't some civil war scenario. Iran was simply mass-murdering the people.

Apples are really, really fucking popular. It isn't surprising they show up as a small minority on something like this. Macs have a pretty limited game library. But, if you already have a Mac and just want to play something from time to time, would make sense to install Steam and pick something up.

I doubt the Mac sales are very high per-capita though. Anyone who is into computer gaming is going Windows or Linux.

The death of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, now confirmed by Iranian authorities, has created a new dimension to the conflict.
