Somebody else mentioned that it's was actually merged by microsft devs. Which we can now see why that it is a tragedy that they are allowed to contribute at all.
Interesting. If you look at their front page, nearly all the posts are by "users" with a 100 thousands posts in 6 days or something absurd and nobody in the comment section ever catches it. A few thousand people talking endearingly to bots.
