Also, did you mention what you were looking for? If you just posed a question leaving it free form then I think it's absolutely fine. If you requested something more specific then "eeeeh... it's strangers on the internet" I guess, you can only get so much.
Using Firefox, you can simply "copy clean link" like mentioned here.
Otherwise, learn about query strings, and make an educated guess.
As for apps on various app stores for cleaning links, I have a general aversion to installing random apps, so I can't help or recommend anything.
If you want to stop them from tracking you, nothing you do to the link will stop them. This can only prevent sites from seeing who you share their link with. Notice I say can, not will. Even my sleep deprived mind can think of a few different ways to write this functionality without using query strings in an afternoon or less.
Removing all query parameters is not the solution. They can be used for tracking, but not necessarily.
The cat i grew up with would leave a little room on either side of him in the bed. How you were supposed to manage was entirely a 'you' issue.

I got my pc for gaming, it even lets me tweak accessibility through various controller types, trainers (for single player games), and input mapping when my hand is acting up, allowing me to enjoy games when I would otherwise be unable to.
