This is the first time I’ve made tiki drinks at home. I’m pretty pleased! Mai tais for me and my wife ^_^
It’ll be a brown ale when it’s done, I’m a huge fan of malty ales. Looking forward to trying some more adventurous recipes in the future though. Seeing as it has been a while i figured starting with a tried and true classic was probably a good idea.
