College Adult, growing up my parents only let me play games on the weekends and even then it was rare that I could play for longer then like 2 hours. Most my crazy long gaming sessions occurred when I was at a friend's house and it turned into an obsession because of how much I was limited.

You should add a third category, cause I had the best time playing games in college. So many late night gaming sessions with friends, and while I didn't have money to buy many games, there were ways to obtain them.

As an adult I have more money and pretty good at balancing gaming with everything else, but it's mostly solo gaming because friends I would play with in college are also busy all the time

Imagine what the epic store would look like if instead of spending all that time and money suing stream, they used it on their launcher

Saaaame. I have friends say, "but the story is amazing" but the game play is just boring most the time. Spam same 4 abilities, watch pretty colors fly and either steam roll over the enemies or get stuck because you don't have the right gear because you get unlucky with the gatcha rolls

Final boss from final fantasy 4 on gameboy advance, I loved everything about the game, but the boss was too difficult for me at the time and I got bored of grinding. This was back in middle school era.

I should go back and replay the game now that I'm older and have more experience with rpgs.

More recent example would be final boss from tunic. I don't think I got enough power ups when I got to the final boss and struggled hard against it.

I think it's because we primarily use someone's name to get that persons attention or to pay attention, for better or worse. If you are already invested in what's going on and someone uses your name it almost feels like an unnecessary call out.

I feel like this could be a deep dive yt essay, because I wonder if it's like this in other cultures and we deviated or it's like that everywhere.

Sorting my socks based on color. White socks are short socks. Black socks are long socks.

Now when I grab socks, I just have to do a quick glance to find the right length socks.

Also, any sock with random prints designs are always long socks, so I don't have to worry about that

I love a game with good immersion and story telling . Couldn't care less about graphics . Though, nothing breaks immersion more then getting through some crazy emotional plot event, and next scene the characters or town npcs are business as usual. Open world games are the worst when it comes to that.

Otherwise, games with good progressive, wether stats, optimization, or territory growth.

What resources did you use to create the dual boot?

I'll switch once there is support for league on Linux, untill then I'll stay with windows 10. I feel like it's only a matter of time untill valve or someone else comes up with a solution for whatever type of anti cheat riot and other companies use .

I am using Linux on my old laptop, and waiting for stream os to support more hardware before swapping my media PC to it
