Agree - I just don’t understand why you’d use anything else on a PC.

Depends on the file format. There is compressed and uncompressed audio - some times the numbers just represent the audio waveform (e.g. .wav) - some times with lossy lossless compression. Most, but not all, video formats are compressed due to the data size

There are thousands of types of file. They all contain data as a long sequence of numbers, and how those numbers are interpreted depends on the type of file - text characters, floating point numbers, pixel colour information or compressed data

A few bucks from even a tiny percentage of users makes a massive difference. My only opinion is to go broad, rather than deep. Ie spread what you can afford around

I don’t know about your bedpost but those fasteners don’t look adequate to me. Especially into plaster board

Thank you for checking so I didn’t have to

I can’t tell if this is real or satire

I’m used to browsing the web on Firefox with ad blocking - works great. My experience of Safari with AdBlock Pro is much less good - many websites block access unless it’s disabled. I also used to have good results with Firefox on Android. Does anyone have better suggestions? Many thanks!
