I have had this same thought and I feel like I’ve come to a realization. If companies can cater to the desires of the top 10% or so, they can make more money. Why sell 200 $5 objects when I can cater to the affluent and sell 6 $250 objects.

I see this constantly with Automobiles and construction. Auto manufacturers do not make the cheap baseline cars for the most part Because they’ve realized they can make more money manufacturing the fancier vehicles /trim levels with higher margins.

Same thing with new buildings; affordable housing is not what is being built. You only see fancier, expensive construction, with higher margins, being constructed.

Out of curiosity, how much YOU time do you get in a day/week? Doesn’t have to be alone time but time doing the things you want to do and not having to concern yourself with responsibilities in the moment. Do you forfeit sleep to achieve this you time? Are you a victim of revenge bedtime procrastination?

This isn’t for the pedo stuff. This is for him allegedly leaking state secrets.

Each state has their own rules and laws. I think the bigger problem is that the majority of states are run by republican legislatures so even if democrat run states went tit for tat with each map change the repugnants would have an advantage.

The ratchet effect at work.

This is my exact take too. Opening the floodgates for ultra gerrymandered maps.

Don’t forget the 6th

I think this is the incident you are talking about:

In December 2025, the U.S. Department of Justice released an FBI tip in which a complainant alleged President Donald Trump witnessed her uncle kill her newborn child and dispose of the body in Lake Michigan when she was 13 and being trafficked for sex by Jeffrey Epstein.

I think the death of the child would be the undisputed worst outcome. Anything else can be managed.

Can you elaborate on the don’t exhaust fine dust part? The combustion engine part of the hybrid will still have those particulates?
