This is always a clash when I end up talking to my parents. My home country is slowly falling apart economically and they're completely fucking blind to it. Especially ironic cus one of em is a fucking portfolio manager.

Like when I even mention that affording anything it getting worse and worse each year, while the rich consistently break income records, they derail the discussion by saying like "but don't you have it great tho" (I earn well above average and still feel the pressure, THAT'S THE POINT) or mention that some rich assholes renovated some random castle and that without him it would juts be a ruin and that's sad or some shit.

And we aren't even getting that political yet. Just saying "hey mom, my future be looking unsustainable".

Recently had a rather unpleasant exchange with him, didn't know he had a reputation.

Man, if only they had like a place to fuck off to, so they don't have to be on the road... Maybe like an area completely off the street? COUGHS IN DUTCH

Slightly unrelated rant.

I'm tried of these culture wars. It's complete nonsense. I'm not particularly LGBT+ but it shouldn't matter. This is about freedom for fucks sake! People just want to live and exercise their human rights! Anybody telling others they mustn't exist their way is an enemy of humanity! The fact that people get denied jobs and even have their rights restricted, just because some asshole finds out the ID doesn't match is fucking repulsive!

Recently had a chat with my aunt and she just "you can't expect people to immediately accept changes", shut the fuck up! It's not a change! It's a core value that's been in our constitution for longer than any of us have been alive. But clearly, despite being raise on these values, I'm the only one who believes them. Like some fucking santa claus shit!

The American prison system is designed to make money. Prisons get paid based on how many people they house. Making sure people don't wind up in prison is literally the last thing the warden wants to do. Anybody thinking America is gonna change it's ways out of the goodness of its heart is fucking delusional.

It's a very common conclusion among men. Before I finally met my gf at 23, I thought the same thing. Getting friend zoned left and right and pushed away while everyone else is whoring all day everyday for as far as you can remember makes you feel like an expired rotting piece of shit. Sentences like "You're too good, you deserve better", "Someone must like you, you're great!" or even sentences from older women like "Oh, girls must like you." just start feeling like thinly veiled insults, like everyone is making fun of you, even if they aren't.

Accurate, but the fact that it's a commentary form the Soviet Union is ironic as hell.

If my partner can't handle silence, then there's something seriously wrong. We usually have something to do and if we don't we just cuddle up. There's no need for constant noise.
