Actually ended up going to the ER after 2 days. The nurse there thought that is what might have been happening. I don't think there is an official diagnosis.
My wife ate the same stuff as me and she was fine so I don't think it was good poisoning

Wife ate the same stuff as I did and I generally have a better stomach. No diarrhea. I dunno.
I smoked daily for 20 years and just 3 months ago I came down with this. Felt like food poisoning but my wife ate the same stuff as me and she never got sick.
Can confirm I scromitted, although any time I have thrown up in the past I also was quite loud.
Measurements in Canada are weird. We have a blend of the imperial and metric system. I only know my weight in pounds and my height in feet. When cooking we use fahrenheit but my thermostat is set in Celsius

Don't know what to tell ya. This is what happened. I have quit now for 6 months. Can't say I am any happier now that I have stopped smoking, but I have a 6 week old daughter now and I have decided to stay off for her.
