https://www.music-map.com/

You type in an artist and it gives you a visual map of related artists. The artist you searched for is in the middle and the further you go out from that, the less similar the artists are.

NPR's Tiny Desk Concert is another one. You're discovering artists at random but I've found some bangers that way.

I never even made it to a boss! All I remember was fucking with the chickens 😂 LttP was VERY early in my gaming days.

I 100% thought Link's name was Zelda and thought I was the only one. I may or may not have learned otherwise until the N64 Super Smash Bros (not sure if that's the first one or not).

And then I learned about Zelda's bad ass form called Sheikh (sp?). And then wondered why the hell Link was doing what he was doing in Link to the Past. Never learned about that storyline.

LOVE Steamworld games! I've played them all except the first Dig and the card-based one.

Yesterday. I was telling my boss about how my husband abruptly and with finality brought up divorce in the midst of asking for a raise. Didn't expect to cry but it happened. She was super supportive 🙂

Yep. Nowadays it's mostly storm drains but it's happened with pool drains and jumping off high places. I hold my keys tightly when going to check the mailbox. 🫠

Education has no bearing on intellect. Or appropriate life experience.

Also, when people say someone is stupid, crazy, etc, it's because they don't understand that person's perspective.

Divorce papers (picking them up today), hanging out with a friend, seeing my brother and nephew on Sunday. Making a completely uncomplicated dessert for Easter: banana bread.

Late 30s. Looked for Reddit alternatives after they tried to kill 3rd party apps. Landed on Beehaw first, then found Lemmy through Jerboa since you can use both of them through that app.
