Ragnarok was the only reason I bought a PS5. I also haven’t turned my PS5 on in almost 2 years.

Sales tax is a regressive tax. Thats my problem with it. It taxes the poor more than the rich.
I haven’t spent time in Austin, but Fremont’s motto is “keep Fremont weird”. The whole city is a tech scene, so you’ll always find nerds anywhere you go. Each little neighborhood has its own different vibe.
I’m so glad I left Mississippi 4 years ago. I’m never going back. I love being in a super liberal and leftist city. I have so much more freedom here. Sure, to own a gun I have to get a license or something, but I’m able to bus to work, go to a bar after work, get a little drunk, and then just bus home and be safe. I’m able to take my dog to a bar. I’m able to smoke weed. I have more financial freedom than I had 4 years ago.
The only thing I miss is the food.
The south is fucked.
As someone with ADHD who is in a great job and able to walk & bus to work, working about 30 hours a week on a great salary, with a wife and girlfriend, able to have many hobbies, I got depression last year. Started an SSRI, and it actually fixed whatever chemical funkiness is in my brain. Sure, it could’ve been dopamine burnout, or drinking beer casually as a hobby (living next to a dozen breweries), but it was 95% a chemical issue. I have the energy I had in my mid 20’s. And ADHD meds help me actually focus on what I want to focus on. For me, it’s all a chemical imbalance, not because of my living situation or whatever.
Sometimes it is just chemical, and we need to accept that.
So that just comes from tapeworms? Just give your dogs tapeworm prevention. It’s super common here to do it once a month, and it’s part of owning a dog.
Hmmm. It’s kind of weird that my work pays for every employee for a pro plan at $200/month for 10k credits. I use about 20k credits because I use it for my side projects and work all the time. That only costs the consumer about $600 total (with the $200). I wonder what discount they give the company employees, but also it’s kinda crazy with “how much AI costs” and how much they’re eating to get us hooked. Our company is hooked right now. They’re hoping they can keep this up until people forget how to program and not prompt maybe?
But right now I’m using it as a tool that I’m learning and not replacing my normal flow.
It would be great to not be this expensive.
My mayor too! She was the first politician that I canvassed for. I had a blast.
Exactly. You can also tell by the lights who bought it at the “Nazi” phase.
I’ve had someone put the Nazi symbol in my dirt on my bumper. I don’t wash it. I don’t drive it a lot.
But no… No one will “stone me to death” for having a car. I live in a super liberal city. No one says shit, maybe because it’s so dirty showing I don’t give a shit about the car because it’s a fucking car. You need to realize things cost money and people CANNOT give that up because a billionaire went insane. We are not rich as consumers. I cannot just get a new EV that works like this.
I’m sorry, but saying it’s a “Nazi car” when I’ve had this for 8 years is crazy. It’s a car. I will use it. I will not buy another, I know Elon is a crazy fucker, and I don’t want to support her (wrong pronoun bc she doesn’t respect pronouns and fuck her).
I didn’t even know CA had an exemption. Both states I’ve lived in always have the tax applied on software sales online.
