To play devils advocate, no one is forcing you to use AI for the things in life you want to do for fun. AI is a tool used to reduce the need for labor. You can still do your crosswords by hand, but let the machine do the ones you don't want to do.

Eastern religions in general have the end goal as enlightenment rather than something external like a Heaven or Hell. That is more of an acceptance of the anxiety and suffering rather than an abuse of it.
