I know giant sea turtles eat some jellyfish, but I'm not sure how much of their diet it actually is.

Maybe jellyfish? They are annoying and sometimes dangerous, and right offhand I can't see any downside to their disappearance.

I bought an old HP chromebook cheap on ebay that came with Zorin OS installed. It isn't much, but just about manages to do what I need. The trouble is, Zorin seems kind of bloated and the Chromebook hasn't got much memory. I don't even have enough space to install updates.

I'm comfortable with running a pared-down OS that might be a better fit for a tired old Chromebook. What might work better than Zorin?

The thrift shop is your friend. You can often find pretty good gently used desk chairs cheap.

Why do people claim when they buy lets say an M16 Fully Automatic Assault Rifle it is for hunting or self protection? Could you just bow and arrow during a hunt for more of a challenge? in c/nostupidquestions@lemmy.world

Access to full auto weapons varies from state to state. For example, fully automatic weapons are prohibited in California except for law enforcment.

Deleting Windows from dual boot Linux/Windows computer (lemmy.world)
 

I have a PC currently configured to dual boot Windows 10 and Linux Mint. I don't need Windows anymore, but Mint is working just fine and I'd rather avoid wiping the whole thing and starting over. Is there a safe way to just get rid of Windows?
