Something's not right though - as someone else posted below, the suit is wrong, the Artemis suits don't have a zip down the front

Recorded in rural South Wales, UK, last September, nobody I've played it to can tell what it is (and Merlin didn't know either)

(Apologies for the Drive link but I couldn't find an easy way to share audio files on here directly)

British and living in the UK - my experience is quite the opposite actually, never read HG Wells but have read 20,000 Leagues, Around the World, and Journey to the Centre of the Earth multiple times, though I come from quite a francophone family so that might have had an influence.

Obviously I'm aware of Wells and his works, but I'd say Verne is just as culturally familiar here as Wells is

FYI it's possible to create duplicate keys from pictures of them, so I wouldn't recommend posting pictures of your keys online

How do you fare in airport scanners?

This guy is one of the works vehicles from the 90s, the passenger trams are much more modern

1/1/1970, epoch baby

🚽

Friends had this bottle that had lost its stand, asked me for a replacement, super happy with the result. First time I've managed a proper glossy finish that I'm actually pleased with

Originally built this as a quick & dirty standing shelf for an awkward spot when we first moved in, 5 years later finally got round to sorting out the corner where it lived so it became homeless

Husband asked for a nicer table for the plant in the window so I shortened the old guy, added some legs and a proper coat of finish and boom

Nice easy one to get back into the workshop after Christmas

Plus its cutaway twin
