Authright: The Imperium of Man from Warhammer 40,000. "Suffer not the xenos, heretic, nor mutant to live". Their god-emperor is a corpse, they lost all their best technology, and their empire is doomed.

Libleft: The Culture from The Culture. Their society is controlled by anarcho-communist AIs. They have no laws and great games, but sometimes they destabilize foreign empires as a treat.

Libright: FICSIT Inc from Satisfactory. They'll sell you all the plundered natural resources from foreign worlds you can afford in their Awesome Shop, just don't ask what happened to the native lifeforms.

Both the right wing high tech space civilizations are satire made by leftists, and the authleft one is porn. Only the libleft one is a serious attempt at writing a nice place to live. Maybe that means something.

I'm very disappointed in poem_for_your_sprog for almost understanding this point, and then immediately making the same mistake she was calling out

An acquaintance of yours asks why you act so strangely around her. She seems a little hurt, and is worried you hate her or something. And the truth of the matter is that you have... well it wouldn't be right to call it a crush, but you find her very beautiful and have been worried about making a fool of yourself. And it isn't your intention to harass her or pursue her in any way, you're not even looking for a relationship or anything right now, you're just nervous around her for basically no reason, and she's noticed and she wants to know if she's done something to offend you.

I thought I'd try my hand at explaining why this meme fundamentally misunderstands communist theory and that I'd better move it here after I posted it, because the people on that community sure love downvoting and/or removing any good point made against the tankie dogma.

Oh, and remember to always lead by challenging tankies' attempts to portray themselves as the ingroup of communism and any critics as the outgroup. That's a tactic they love using, they construct their opinions as the absolute communist truth, and brand any opposing opinion as liberal and capitalist, while also strawmanning it. If you open by criticising their communist credentials, they can't dismiss you as a liberal and pretend they're arguing in good faith.
