Not really, Evangelicals don't recognise the Pope as an authority. It's only Roman Catholics.

I believe it's more of an aid clause than a defensive one. Like all member states must provide aid and assistance, but not necessarily armed forces to fight and defend territorial sovereignty

He's not. Historically France has always been out of NATO's commandment, we rejoined fairly recently and given the situation with Trump, it's a sensible take. What we need though is a European equivalent, a unified defensive pact and a unified defensive army between all members.

That's roughly where we are heading given the current situation

Well, no I don't. It's windows or windows at work. I'm lucky enough to have WSL, but using Firefox through WSL is a hassle (proxy, extensions, DPI, etc.) . So Edge works fine for me.

I use it at work, voluntarily. We have a choice of Chrome or Edge, and I hate Chrome more than I hate Edge. There are some built-in nice features, like workspaces and side tabs which are really convenient when you need to switch between dozens of tasks.

Meh. That's doomerism, we have plenty of leeway to turn around and do what's right. Apathy and nihilism are what got us into this situation.
