Well... Heck. I recently vibe coded an app for a specificish use case. I didn't even think about commenting my code. It was the first time I've ever done such a thing..

I'll go and comment it all.

Thanks for the reminder OP

My wife uses threads because aaron parnas uses it.. and that's where she gets most of her political news.

So it's catch 22 there for me. She's on threads but getting actual news. So... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I had a giant pimple in the crease behind my ear. Where my ear meets my head when I was 16. Like HUGE and puss filled. So gross...

Anyway. Started really making sure that I get that area washed when I'm in the shower.

Im bald so I wash my face, head and behind my ears with a "face wash" and then when I shampoo I go back over it again. Just to make sure.

  • Not shaven bald but buzzed super short with male pattern baldness.

God damn so we need a recall function that's able to be initiated by the public.

Imho everyone from the president down to the dog walker should be subject to a recall possibility

We had a kiddo a while back. The wife went full crunchy, so me going crunchy was to throw out all "non-stick" cookware and go cast iron.

So now everything is cooked in cast iron and we boil water in stainless steel.

Crunchy mom

Now a couple years later I have a hobby of restoring cast iron and our kiddo is eating dino nuggets and dirt. Lmao

Got banned from some subs once because the editing software I was using to sanitize and delete my account hadn't yet removed an edited comment.

Mod quoted it. Sent it to me and said this makes no sense. Banned.

The comment being edited was 4 years old.

Lmfao

Idiot mods gonna idiot.

I live about 100 miles from. Military base.. they aren't as common flying over as an Apache or Blackhawk. But I see them on a semi regular basis. Mostly I hear them coming first and then run outside. Haha

They are my favorite helicopter. They don't make sense in my non-aviator brain. Lol

This is a 6 inch Birmingham stove and range corn bread skillet. And the image is from Snapchat

The more common bsr cornbread skillets are 9 inches. It took me 6 months to find one that wasn't already restored. Meaning it was "as found" condition.

Additionally... It is adorable. Haha

Edit: apparently I can't see the text I type in when I upload a photo to a comment. So here is what I said .

These things are stupid rare. The bottom pot tended to be used as a flower pot and as such, no one had them.

I came across the top two pieces from a local lady who hated cast iron and just wanted rid of them... I sourced the bottom pot from a dude in a combo cooker group.

Definitely something you don't see everyday.

Edit Here is the patent

There was a trend on another site where everyone made pizza so I thought I'd give it a whirl since I'd never made pizza at home that wasn't a take and bake.

The Publix dough worked well... I olive oiled the pans and then wiped out the extreme excess making sure to get the sides as well. I then built the pies and while the oven was warming I put the pans on the stove top to prewarm the bottom and the dough.

The dough was a smidge puffy but overall pretty good

..

The local 4 year old wouldn't eat it though as the pepperoni was under the cheese and not on top. Everyone is a critic.. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

My aunt said that my grandmother tossed this in the barn after her house burned in 1982. She gave it to me the other day after I'd asked about family cast iron.

This is before and after electrolysis and seasoning.

Has some pitting but overall it's in great shape.

Looking forward to using this. It's SUPER rough, thin, and cheap. But it'll make cute pancakes.
