I'll be the one of the first guys who tries to turn this into a somewhat serious discourse but seeing that similar vigilante shootings increasing makes me somewhat worried, not that I am in deep sadness over Kirk being shot since he is nowhere near a good guy but still.
I am fearful that the increased political violence will reach dangerous levels as the Neoliberal order gets closer to collapsing only to be replaced by the new fully fascist, even more violent American empire.
Considering all the strings of violence, whether it be the cops, military or policies are in the hands of the right-wingers, it cannot end well for the minorities in the US and the American left.
And we all know that America does not only harm itself when things get worse, but everyone around the globe with its reckless behaviour.
