Is it just me or are the two symbols the wrong way round for the joke to make sense? If the continuum hypothesis is false then ℵ~1~ < 2^ℵ0^ so the bike would be under the limit, and if CH is true it would be at the limit. Either way it's unprovable so I think you'd get away with it

Yeah they're the wrong way around, but impeding traffic by going way too slow is also illegal, so it still works I think.
