Hi, Kaiser is saying that I’ll be covered under their disability insurance plan but they said it’s against their policy to send a proof of insurance letter.

I don’t feel comfortable without a proof of insurance letter, I’d like to have evidence before I turn 26 years old.

The Release Of Information department at Kaiser said that I should be receiving documentation through the mail about me being covered under the disability insurance plan but I haven’t received anything in the mail.

Kaiser has only provided a verification code that I can’t use, only Kaiser can.

My main worry right now is that Kaiser is going to say that I’m not covered under insurance when I turn 26 years old and I won’t have a proof of insurance letter for evidence. My birthday is soon.

What do I do?

Thanks.
