A little annoying to track down the sources.

The EFF article links to a Neowin article that then links to a Guardian article which then links to the Gov's proposal paper; but only vaguely mention's Apple's reply submission that you have to find yourself.

Fwiw the government paper is linked elsewhere in the EFF article, but regardless it is odd that even after playing source-centipede, nobody actually had a link back to Apple's actual response. Thanks for tracking it down!
