I'm never over there. but hope it does well. Grocery stores are important. It took many many years for my grocery outlet to open. It was an unacceptable amount of time.

It's such a weird mall, and that particular space is one of the few places in the City that's only reasonably accessible by car in a city where a lot of people don't use cars every day.
It's not like the Target space in the same mall where a few major bus routes stop right in front.
T&T is kind of like the Big Box chain version of an Asian grocery store, so they depend on a level of traffic that has never gone to that particular space.
And the parking available to that space is a constraint.
Even when Best Buy used to be there, the parking lot got full, and there weren't that many customers inside.
