Yes, they removed it from being viewed from the public due to the PR backlash it was generating. You can still read it on an archive site.

A majority of KDE developers are determined to create an LLM policy that allows AI code submissions without any form of disclosure to "avoid shaming", and appear to be completely dismissing any ethical, environmental, or copyright concerns brought up.
LLM usage
The golden rule for LLM usage in KDE is Don't be lazy:
Don't try to use a tool to replace your own judgment, interpersonal communication, or learning process.
Don't take unsustainable shortcuts.
Don't avoid growing as a person.
The result will be poor-quality work that eventually becomes someone else's problem.
Nobody in KDE should know if you use an LLM — not because you're concealing it, but because your usage of it produces output indistinguishable from what you could produce yourself. Contributions with obvious and lazy LLM usage may be ignored or closed.
Are we reading that same thing? Hardly seems like a pro LLM stance or the worst take that could be made.

I don’t get the fuss here. The KDE LLM policy is essentially the same as the Linux kernel. Aka human driven, human responsible, LLM assisted coding.
Unless you are running KDE on NetBSD you where already using LLM assisted code.

Have you seen the quality of the code in the kernel? I am no c fan but the bar and standards are incredibly high.
The kernel is certainly LLM assisted but I don’t think any honest dev can look at say the recent LLM assisted code and call it slop. If anything the quality of Linux code has gotten higher over the past decade.
I am not a fan of vibe coded slop and I don’t think it’s fair to call the kernel slop.
