Some emergency chicken salad with raw veggies and Dijon....again...today is 'Friday', off tomorrow so I'll probably also have some tacos, beer and a cigar

I made an urad dal last night, so I'll be having the same tonight.. And tomorrow and the next. Maybe with different grains and veg, though. Tonight will probably be over rice because I'm exhausted and on the cusp of being sick.

I had cheese & chives. No pics today but tomorrow I'll be assembling a Korean hotpot. I'll take pics then. 👍
