Alberta has eliminated the practice of semi-annual clock changes and adopted permanent Alberta Time.

MDT is -7UTC

Might want to check again.

This doesn't even make sense as there had always been 1 hour difference between AB and SK and both switch at the same time so at least one of those numbers has to be wrong (it's MDT)

Saskatchewan does not have DST, so there is not always an hour difference.
