I eat dinner at 6.30, dessert might be some fruit and I usually have no snacks/supper
( my daily intake is muchly reduced since I don't have dairy, this is how I'm losing weight ๐ )

I just tried to make coffee by tipping a spoonful of coffee powder onto the bench next to my mug. This seems like a bad omen for today.

Things have improved now that caffeine has been acquired. I even managed to work out the 9c discrepancy between the bank's records and my own for the credit card balance.
It's gonna take a bit of time to unthaw this morning. โ
Minor whinge: SNRI increase has caused the hyperhidrosis to occur again, but just the palms of my hands.
Which means they get clammy and cold really quickly with this weather.

My skin looks horrifying under the bright lights and camera, as see through as a cave fish. Doc said I have very pale skin. ๐๐ก
