Huh??? They made a very successful DLC, a very successful spinoff game, a licensed manga, and a Hollywood movie coming up. What more do they want them to do?

That doesn't mean fire him, that means spell on getting to get the distrobution rights. Punishing someone for unrealized capital is foolish, they proved they can make money and make a product people want.
