I would try to find a shop where you can listen to the speakers. I think the KEF and the Klipsch sound noticeably different. Some people prefer one, some prefer the other.

I sell speakers for my job and will always recommend Kef but, as others have said, it's best to listen to speakers and see which you prefer. Audio is very personal so you should buy speakers you like listening to. A good in-between Kef and Klipsch would be something like the Polk ES15.
Without knowing about the specific models you mentioned, I'll provide my generic opinion on two of the brands.
Kef overall has a good sound profile (to me at least) for the money.
Klipsch tends to be very bright sounding with a focus on the higher frequencies (again, just a general opinion).
The honest answer is supposed to be that you should listen to each of the speakers, preferably with your own source material that you already know how it should sound. The problem with that is you probably don't have access to all models.
