None of the apps at the repository show an "Install" option, except for the "microG" companion, which... redirects me to Play Store.
Idk what you are trying to do here, but microg usually comes preinstalled with custom operating systems. You cant practically remove google services from an existing phone without rooting it and replacing the entire OS. Its not just an app that you install onto a normal google infested phone.
What OS are you using?
Android, in the moment. Having GPS removed made WhatsApp and Wire to stop sending me notifications, but I need them to be aware of the messages my catechesis sends the gc.
So just the default android that came with the phone? microg is usually used in combination with custom android versions like LineageOS, CalyxOS, eOS or GrapheneOS. So if you want to degoogle your phone you should look into those. Be aware that without google services certain banking apps will stop working because of bullshit security theater by the banks.
Microg isnt an addition to your OS its a complete replacement of large parts of the core systems of the OS.
Well, I'm still looking for my first job to purchase myself a Pixel, so I can't really change OS yet.
I see. What phone do you have currently? LineageOS for example has support for a huge list of devices.

There is also a version of Lineage that comes with microG preinstalled and it supports all the same devices.
Installing a custom OS isnt super hard but if you arent familiar with using a terminal and such it might be a bit daunting of a project.

Having a quick look, the A15 seems like a notoriously hard target to degoogle. 🫤

Brevent looks to me like an app to help you force stop other apps. How did you use it to run adb commands?
Also, pm user isn't a valid command. Did you mean pm disable-user PACKAGE_OR_COMPONENT?
As @unexposedhazard@discuss.tchncs.de already pointed out, there might be a misunderstanding of what MicroG "is". (Or maybe you are fully aware, but it is not clear to us...)
MicroG is NOT just an app you install & go. It is a deeply embedded part of your system you REPLACE the entire Google Service stack (GAPPS) with.
In theory, it is possible to "ungoogle" an existing system and then integrate MicroG, but it needs certain technical knowhow, like hacking around with adb, rooting, signature spoofing, ...
In other words. To setup MicroG "manually" is not necessary an easy task to make it work correctly. But if you want to tinker with it, by all means: go for it! But be prepared to encounter problems.

However, a more convenient and much straight forward way to use MicroG would be to install a new Android System (i.e. "ROM") that already has GAPPS replaced with MicroG. Unexposedhazard already pointed out some systems. My recommendation would be "eOS" or "iode OS". Both of them come with a very user friendly configuration out of the box, so there is no need to tinker with it that much after installation.
Final note: Not all phones can be degoogled or flashed with another ROM. E.g. check the supported devices of the ROMs.
And what ever you do: Make backups of your data before fiddeling around with your ROM or any GAPPS. Things can break very fast. 😉

That redirect is to an app store - since your device only has one app store (play) that's where it goes. It expects to get the 3 components from F-Droid.
MicroG is only installable on a device without play services, such as Lineage, because it's providing a minimal ("Micro") version of Google Play Services.
So when you click those links, it's expecting to launch F-Droid (or a clone) to install MicroG.
None of these show an "download" button.

This might not work if your phone still has Googled apps on it. (As I understand, OP still has them.)
I recommend using Droidify client for FDroid, it has all the repositories and they can be easily enabled in its config, including microG.
