Sister in law's grad party is today so I made 20lbs of faux-shawarama chicken kebabs.y little vision kamado grill wasn't gonna cut it so I fired up the camp chef ftg 600. They just barely fit.

Looking good.

I've just got in after a beach-themed party and could eat a few of those now.

I like a nice flat hot plate to cook on, can get a few spices mixed up with some potatoes and peppers on there, mixed in with whatever other flavours are there.

Man, I'm hungry now...

When I look back at my life before the flat top, I wonder how I lived. Highly recommend one if you can splash for it.
