Polish police have detained 123 people and seized more than 330,000 files containing child sexual abuse material in a nationwide operation targeting online child exploitation, authorities said on Thursday.

Among those detained were individuals aged between 19 and 94.

Police has detained 122 sexual abusers and one sexual abuser and a longevity enthusiast
