Maybe Michelle realizes just how her husband fucked up and could of prevented a lot of what Trump is doing. Also fact that his only legacy is the ACA (Republican healthcare) and killing brown people in the middle east. Fuck Obama.

Oh also he bailed out the banks instead of the people during his first term.

This article is almost nothing but naval-gazing liberal cope, especially this part:

But it could still be disappointing for the legions of Democratic voters who continue to hold out hope that Michelle herself would enter politics, possibly precipitating a return of the first family to the presidential residence.

The only part that wasn't was the limited hang-out three paragraphs from the end:

For some progressives, the dynamics are a bit different. Some of the same voices publicly grumbling about the former president’s relative tendency to take on a background role in the party were publicly fuming after the 2020 primary when it was revealed that Obama had spoken to candidates, including Pete Buttigieg, after his former vice president, Joe Biden, won the South Carolina primary — beginning an avalanche that propelled Biden to victory over Bernie Sanders.

Anyone who "holds out hope" for a political dynasty can suck shit. You're excited at the thought of a ruling class that exists entirely outside of normal society?

A politician who is related to another politician needs to work 25% harder to win me over. You need to beat the nepo allegations because it's true more often than it's not
