She should be fired. Why does the article make no mention of disciplinary action or reach out to her employer for comment?

Most likely, everyone was waiting to see what the Court would say about the issue. Now, that the Court had made a ruling about the Prosecutor's conduct. I imagine now is when the disciplinary actions can start to move forward.

Really hope you're are right. And I hope the cop that told the truth isn't being ostracized by his follow officers.

If cops in Canada have a culture anything like the cops in US...i have bad news on this front.
