Taking shape? It's already out!

'Which shape should it be?'
'Yes'
So, fewer workers, more energy consumption, less secure end results - to help beta test Skynet and accelerate the end of the world.

TBH We'll end up with slop cars because capitalism kills innovation not because of AI.
we already have slop cars. Nothing looks all that unique anymore, since fuel efficiency designated we all drive eggs and insurance companies designated we don't get fun colors. Combined with manufacturers cutting out all the dashboard customization, replaced with tablets to cut costs... nothing is fun.
You go to buy a new car, you get to choose white egg, silver egg, black egg, or tan egg. These two cars are different manufacturers 5 years apart:

And every attempt at trying to make it look unique backfires.
Not just eggs. Rectangles are back!

Hey wait a second... that's not a car! What does a KN car look like?!

ah...
And it looks as shitty as it drives
I think it forgot the wheels. Those are just wheel shaped stands. No tires at all. The first image looks like it might just have shit clearance for the road but the later ones don't have any tires at all...
"Software-defined vehicles"? Dafuq?
"Software-defined vehicles" is an industry trend. Not specific to AI (the term has been around for a decade or so). It means vehicles that are defined more by their software than by the hardware (which is how people have historically seen vehicles).
As an example, consider your phone. They have hardware specs, but it's often the software that defines the product more than the specs.
maybe these are the ones you'll finally be able to download illegally, just to spite the RIAA/MPAA
