โ˜… fix problem with quick-camera button in some devices

โ˜… avoid crash in some devices if the system doesn't allow to start foreground service

โ˜… allow to see inbox quota for all relays in connectivity screen

โ˜… don't notify notification-to-all from in-chat apps if the chat is muted
