Our Liberal party is only marginally better than the American Democrats and I'm pretty sure they're just as bought and paid for by Israel. Carney, our PM and the leader of the Liberals acknowledged during his leadership race that there's a genocide happening against Palestinians but retracted what he said a few days later. "I didn't hear the word genocide".
The LPC like to make semi progressive statements but then act like conservatives. We just got a new leader for the NDP though (New Democratic Party, our left wing) and I'm really hoping they can gain some more ground and change things
