Baked catfish on sauteed mixed veggies (basically the ends of all the veg thrown in a pan with some chili seasoning).

I made a potato thing with peas, spinach, onion, bacon, cream, mustard and egg. Looks ugly but it was fucking delicious with some rye bread.
