Just say you're against genocide from any country. Fucking Democrat leadership this isn't that hard.
Yes, Israel is going to say it's not genocide and Trump is going to say he doesn't have dementia. You don't have to agree with either of them.
AIPAC gives them millions every year, that's a lot of money they don't want to miss out on. They don't give a shit about the genocide, beyond what it's doing to the votes they need to keep receiving that money.
