Those fucking things cause such a mess in San Francisco every time there's an event with streets shut off. The cops were losing their fucking minds last time with these backing up traffic because they kept trying to go down barricaded roads then couldn't so they just try to turn around in the middle of the street. Eventually they just moved one barricade and trapped them all on a street barricaded on both sides it was hilarious.
