3 days off after the holidays, started with braking in the new BBQ with beef entraña (skirt steak), chipotle marinated chicken, sweet potatoes, baby potatoes, veg skewers & some sourdough rye brought over from Ireland by friends (also.... copious amounts of beer)

the dudes at Bells, our local scrap yard, made us a custom BBQ out of some pieces we found there. We go there from time to time because you never know what's been dumped, and what you'll find. I know they've made some custom jobs for other restaurants., but was extremely happy with the price they quoted and , delivered, with the BBQ itself.
