If passed, "The Enact the Indecent Exposure Modernization Act" would ban drag and gender performances outside of "adult cabaret" venues or in any public venue where a minor may be present.

Yes. And the only way to enforce this is for every performer and entertainer to flash the audience before each performance.

Maybe the real goal is keeping young children out of theaters...
