I was just catching up on ICJ #192, South Africa v Israel Genocide in the Gaza Strip, reading Palestine's intervention (3 June 2024) when I came to this
text of the above, relevant part only, and the missing second footnote
- Strikingly, on 22 September 2023, Israel's Prime Minister displayed to the United Nations General Assembly a map of the "new Middle East" that showed Israel consisting not only of Israel's territorial boundaries but including all the territory constituting the State of Palestine^40^ making explicit what had long been overlooked, namely, that Israel has legislated its denial of the Palestinian people's inalienable rights, and its refusal to recognize the right of the Palestinian people to exist on their ancestral lands. 41 It was actually much more than an outrageous denial of the right of the Palestinian people to self-determination. It was a clear manifestation, only weeks before Israel's genocidal war, of its intent to destroy the Palestinian people, in whole or in part.^41^

While it is somewhat funny the delay between his pauses for applause and when the clapping actually starts (bb looking annoyed lol), it's still a horrible thing and I've not watched the whole thing. I would read a transcription if I found it. Immediately after this bit with the map he starts complaining about how everyone is antisemitic against them, causing all their woes.
I can't provide much analysis, hopefully someone else can, but boy there's gotta be something in there.
