So a little while ago with the help of the staff I built a little pottery shop in the community chest area at spawn. This allows players to obtain pottery sherds via trading if they so wish instead of needing to loot from evermore sparse ruins and Desert Temples.
The shop contains 4 custom villagers provided courtesy of the Staff on the server. Their trades are 2 emeralds per pottery sherd, and 3 emeralds for a sherd from a trial chamber. They also sell blank decorated pots. They also have many usual Mason trades as they are mason villagers.
If you wish to check it out the entrance is on level 6 of the Community Chests room.
