I have a positive Isolation Life update for a change!

Two friends have started independently going out of their way lately to leave me voice notes to wake up to. It's an extraordinary act of kindness.

Human voices make me feel tethered to the world. It's so grounding and, well, nice.

I'm feeling socially nourished from it and enjoying every moment. What a lovely way to start the day.
