Discord in particular is a huge sore spot for me so this sucks :/. It's one of the few services I can't just leave
im the opposite. I was mainly only on for play on discord and I did not have much time for that. I like won't move to a federated version unless it was really mature with rpg communities.
Yeahhh, unfortunately I have friends that I can't talk to anywhere else and won't move. I'm not in the UK so it's not an immediate concern but it seems to slowly be coming for everyone
I have a nice community built on discord, as soon as they announced the age verification thing I made a post.
if they pop up that for me, I’m not coming back to discord, here is other ways to contact me. I added a matrix server and signal chat, etc as a list of alternatives.
I'm only on discord to follow one singular fanfic community
If they pull this I'll be deleting the app immediately after.
The only platform I won't use no matter what. (It's already blocked in Türkiye.)
