I am am trying to learn on how healthcare is managed in the interim revolutionary process. but found few accounts on the interim period specifically.

If it is OK for me to ask, how was it? were there medical/treatment disruption, supply issues, unnecessary deaths and complications? Or was it smooth with every healthcare staff doing their work as if nothing happened?
